Returns and Exchanges
At Riley's, customer satisfaction is a top priority. All orders are personally inspected before shipping to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.
However, should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt in the form of an online store credit. Shipping returns costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Any package returned after 21 days will be refused and returned to the customer.
All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in sellable condition. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional box for shipping. Should any merchandise be found to have signs of wear or not be in sellable condition, the return will be declined and the merchandise returned to the customer.
All items marked as sale/clearance, undergarments, and gift certificates are ineligible for return.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
